You are preparing to launch your first cohort soon. Below are the tasks you need to accomplish before the launch. Each task has a "Regularity" tab and a "Duration" tab, indicating how often you need to perform it and how many hours it will take to complete. The cohort launch date is September 26th, and the onboarding meeting is scheduled for the same day as the cohort launch.

To spread out tasks during the week, use the table below:
To ensure I cover everything on time, I would implement the following strategies:
Create a Detailed Task List (Compile all tasks from the provided lists, including their durations and deadlines).
Use a Scheduling Tool (Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion to track task progress and deadlines).
Prioritize Critical Tasks (Focus on tasks directly tied to the cohort launch and onboarding meeting first.)
Communicate Early and Often (Send reminders or updates to stakeholders (students, colleagues, etc.) well ahead of time to avoid last-minute coordination issues).
Monitor Progress Daily (Use a checklist to track progress and ensure no task is overlooked).
By following this structured and proactive approach, I can ensure that all tasks are covered on time and the cohort launch proceeds smoothly.
Here is an spreadsheet with a list of students and their progress data.
